It all started when…
Ryan attended Arizona State University where he received his Masters degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Sport Psychology while graduating with Cum Laude honors. . Ryan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the CSCS Certification program. Ryan had the privilege to learn from some of the best trainers in the business while attending ASU. He spent 2 years as a intern in Tempe AZ which provided Ryan’s first experiences working with professional athletes. He also served as the Head strength and conditioning coach for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League and has experience training hundreds MLB, NFL, PGA, MMA and Amateur athletes. He is also a former MLB strength and conditioning
coach and current MLB strength and conditioning coordinator.
Ryan’s athletic background includes playing Olympic Developmental Soccer from age 12-17 while receiving several Division 1 Scholarships. He was 4A state player of the year his junior season and first team all region his senior year in Arizona. He also competed in high school Football/Tennis and received multiple scholarships in both sports.
